Object Basics is intended for people who understand basic wheel-throwing, and want to practice making functional objects like cups, bowls and plates for their homes.

We will talk about shaping - how to control the height and width of a piece and how to create different profiles; how much clay is needed for making each object; similarities and differences of making wares that serve different purposes.

Includes one 25 lb bag of clay. Bring your own basic set of tools or tools are available to share.

The instructor will send an email communication 1-2 weeks before class starts with additional details.
